Our luxury self-catering cottages sleep between 3 and 12 people so we have something to suit all family and group sizes. Booking one of our larger cottages or two smaller ones together is a great opportunity to celebrate Christmas with extended family, while still being able to enjoy your own space to relax.
When you book a holiday with us over Christmas we like to add some festive touches to make it extra special for this time of year….
Your cottage will have a decorated tree, and all children get a visit from Santa on Christmas Eve.
We have log burners in all of our cottages other than The Granary and The Hayloft – perfect for cosy nights in next to the fire.
Six of our cottages have luxury garden hot tubs: Croft House, Meadow Cottage, The Farmhouse, and The Barn have their own for sole use. The Cartwheel and The Hayloft have shared use of one. This offers a wonderful opportunity to relax and unwind under the stars, as your stresses melt away.
All our cottages have superbly equipped kitchens so there’s no need to worry about whether you’ll have everything you need to whip up a delicious holiday feast – we’ve thought of everything to make cooking easy and fun. Tesco and Asda can deliver your shopping if you book a slot in advance.
Alternatively, you can book a delicious Christmas meal at any one of a number of excellent family-friendly local pubs and restaurants.
If you want to bring your dogs with you too, you’ll be pleased to know we welcome dogs in 7 of our cottages (1 med/large or 2 miniature) for a small additional charge. 3 of our cottages are kept pet-free.
Our luxury onsite facilities, which are open every day, focus on fun and relaxation for all the family and include:
– The Leisure Complex with the heated indoor swimming pool, sauna, and gym, plus the toddler soft play area and pool table.
– The Big Play Barn, our large indoor play area, with air hockey, table tennis, built-in Wendy house, play shop and garage, toddler ride-on vehicles, sandpit, and table football
– Pets’ Corner with rabbits and guinea pigs
– The outdoor adventure playground with toddler slide and swing seats, wooden adventure park climbing frames, footie field with goals, and farm walks
– Daily feeding of our farm animals, including Kune Kune pigs, Jacob sheep, Angora and Pygmy goats, Donkeys, and collecting the eggs from the chickens.
Make the most of our rural location near the Cardigan Bay coast. We’re just a few minutes’ drive from two lovely sandy beaches; Poppit Sands and Newport, with plenty of space for brisk walks, kite-flying, games of Frisbee, sand-castle building, and rock pool exploring.
There’s lots to enjoy locally including the world-renowned Pembrokeshire Coast National Park, the Wales Coastal Path, castles, nature reserves, independent shops, arts and crafts, artisan food markets and eateries, family-friendly attractions and more.

“A fantastic Christmas in luxurious accommodation in beautiful surroundings!
We had never thought about going away at Christmas but this year when scrolling down my Facebook newsfeed I came across Croft Farm and Celtic Cottages and after visiting the website and reading reviews here we decided to take our family of 6 comprising 2 adults, 2 teens and a 6 and 7 year old to Croft for Christmas.
After a journey in wind and rain we arrived at Talar Aur our home for the next five days. It was beautifully clean, modern, warm and welcoming…the jug of milk and mince pies were lovely to arrive too and also ground coffee with a cafetiere! Perfect. Even chocolate for the children…..property was 5 star, the log fire, bright and modern kitchen which was fully equipped with everything you could need, which is crucial at Christmas! Very spacious, Lovely hot power showers, beautifully furnished rooms, and comfortable beds, it was perfect.
The leisure facilities on site are great our children loved the pool as did we ( the sauna is so relaxing) and we didn’t have to share it all, as it is open until 10pm everyone gets the chance to use it. The play barn was a great hit with our little ones and our teenagers were really pleased that the wifi was excellent in the cottage and throughout the whole complex.
Such a beautiful place to wake up in each day, coming from busy lives in the city this place is like a piece of heaven to us. The owners leave you to enjoy their properties in peace but are always on hand to help with any queries, or problems, of which we had none.
We sadly left at the end of our trip, none of us wanted to leave Croft. We will be booking for next Christmas! Thank you for having us! If you’re thinking of booking here please do! You will be so glad you did!”
