Come rain or shine, we have some special indoor facilities to keep any child entertained – the young, old and young at heart! Enjoy our holiday cottages with indoor pool, the games and ride-on toys in the Big Play Barn and more!
One of the most popular features of a stay at Croft Farm is the luxury of cottages with indoor pool facilities. The swimming pool is heated to a warm 29C throughout the year, ideal for the young and older. Holiday makers can use our online booking system to pick their daily, hour-long swimming slots.
Romanesque -style steps lure you into the shallow end, perfect if you are young or you’re a newbie swimmer.
Perhaps let your partner take the opportunity to enjoy an evening swim when the children are in bed..
The indoor swimming pool is also the ultimate place for relaxation after a session in our gym. The small gym has a stepper, rowing machine, exercise bike and multi-gym – so there’s no need to miss your sessions during your stay. For running we suggest you make the most of the beautiful countryside around. We can suggest running routes for you.
For the ultimate relaxing treat we can recommend Pure Indulgence who have a team of therapists who can visit your cottage and provide massages and face & beauty treatments. They also provide for events with balloons, catering, cream teas and cakes, yoga and childcare.

Whether it’s a whizz around on the ride-on tractors and cars, or down the slides, the rustic but fun Big Play Barn is perfect for little legs.
If they’re too little for much pedalling, then the soft play area of our leisure complex has giant soft shapes for budding builders or crawling toddlers, with a pool table and comfy seating for parents to keep themselves entertained, too.
Holidaymakers are encouraged to use the hand sanitiser points dotted around the Big Play Barn and leisure complex.
Pets Corner is a firm favourite at Croft Farm. We think it’s because children and animals go together like buckets and spades. Listen to your little ones ooh and aah as they get up close to the very cute rabbits and guinea pigs.
There’s also an entire street dedicated to the under 8s – the hand-built wooden Wendy House, Catriona and Evie’s shop and Jack’s garage in the Big Play Barn fill hours for those with active imaginations.
The Big Play Barn is perfect when it’s too wet to play out, table tennis gets the circulation going while air hockey brings out a different competitiveness, and table football requires competitive dexterity…
Practice your pool skills or choose your snooker opponent in our leisure complex, too.
Our cottages with indoor pool facilities also offer plenty of outdoor amenities within its 6 acres, too.
With plenty of space to play, the kids will always want another 5 more minutes!
By far the coolest thing to do on a farm stay is to be a farmer for the week, just imagine your child’s excitement!
No need to book animal feeds, just meet Dave at 9.30am by the animal feed shed each morning (apart from Sundays) and join him on the morning rounds to feed and collect eggs. You’ll get the chance to meet Eeyore and Jessie our resident donkeys, our small flock of Ouessant sheep and other rare breed sheep (Ouessants are the smallest naturally occurring breed of sheep in the world), the pygmy goats along with the lovable goats called Laurel and Hardy, the comic kune kune pigs, the chickens as well as the rabbits and guinea pigs to cuddle – plenty of new friends for our curious guests!
Please note: Always wash your hands thoroughly at one of the sinks on the farm after feeding or visiting the animals.
The adventure playground is a magnet for small climbers – there are swings, slides, a rope net to climb and monkey bars too; as well as toddler swing baskets for tiny adventurers. Guests often follow playing on the adventure playground with a dip to cool off. Afterall, they are staying in cottages with indoor pool on site.
Every cottage has its own communal area, but why not take advantage of alfresco meals with new friends in our communal BBQ area? Many holiday friendships have been solidified in this lovely shared space since 1988 over a burger or two.
While the lure of our cottages with indoor pool facilities is great, there’s no better reason to stay here than sea air and open fields – something Pembrokeshire has in abundance! At Croft Farm, we’ve put in goals for rugby and football matches with your group or new friends and there are 6 acres for kite or drone flying, too. Bring your bikes for a cycle and then relax in our comfortable cottages and have the best night’s sleep afterwards!
As another step towards making the farm more sustainable we added an EV charger to the car park in October 2024. The charging point is easily used using the VoltShare app.
