Our ten cottages range in size and sleep between 3 and 12 people, and two of them (Croft House and Meadow Cottage) each have their own private garden hot tub – perfect for a luxurious treat with a glass of bubbles as the sun goes down!
If you want to get outside for a bracing walk to explore the area you won’t be short of ideas. We have sandy beaches nearby, the Preseli hills with far reaching views across Cardigan Bay, the renowned Coastal Path of Pembrokeshire Coast National Park (look out for winter visiting seabirds, our resident dolphins, and the new season’s seal pups on the beaches), as well as the Teifi Marshes and estuary/riverside walks with plenty of bird-watching opportunities.
We read a rather alarming statistic recently which found that only 10% of children now go outside to play in natural areas, so it’s increasingly important to help children connect with nature and the outdoors.
Taking a holiday here at Croft Farm & Celtic Cottages goes some way to reversing that trend. Our guests often tell us how much their children have enjoyed the daily feeding of our farm animals, and the adventures they’ve had at the beach, or on yomps through the countryside whilst staying here.
Our local Welsh Wildlife Centre and Teifi Marshes Nature Reserve has some fabulous family-friendly nature trails, adventure playground areas, interactive discover-nature displays, as well as some craft sessions perfect for little ones.

Then at the end of a day of fun and adventure, what could be nicer than settling in by your wood-burning stove for a cosy evening in your cottage. (All cottages except The Granary and The Hayloft have wood-burning stoves).

– Pets’ Corner with rabbits and guinea pigs
– The outdoor adventure playground with toddler slide and swing seats, wooden adventure park climbing frames, full size footie goals and farm walks
– Daily feeding of our farm animals, including Kune Kune and Potbellied pigs, Jacob sheep, Angora and Pygmy goats, Donkeys, and collecting the eggs from the chickens.
There is plenty to see and enjoy locally too, including the world-renowned Pembrokeshire Coast National Park, castles, nature reserves, independent shops, arts and crafts, artisan food markets and eateries, and lots more.
We are located just a few minutes’ drive from the long sandy beach at Poppit Sands which is always popular with guests with lots of space for walking, kite-flying, games of Frisbee, sand-castle building and rock pool exploring!
If you want to bring your dog on holiday too we welcome one medium or two miniature dogs by prior arrangement in all our properties other than Talar Aur, The Farmhouse and The Dairy.
