Whilst we all love the summer months, we feel there’s something special about taking a Winter break in Pembrokeshire West Wales too!
Whether you want to avoid the stress of the pre-Christmas madness and write your cards in front of a cosy fire, or get the family together for a special treat over Christmas or the New Year we think a winter holiday has a lot to offer!

For the little ones, we know they like to be ‘full steam ahead’ whatever the weather so we’ve got the Big Play Barn with lots of indoor games and activities, plus outside there are the farm animals and outdoor adventure area. After all, what’s a little mud, when you’ve having fun!!
The beaches here in West Wales are glorious in the winter – big skies, white horses on the waves, and long sandy walks to blow away the cobwebs…with no crowds. Then how about a wander round the local villages and Cardigan town, with a host of delightful independent shops showcasing our many talented local artists, crafts-people, and artisan food producers.
Our cottages are ideal for a winter break – cosy, luxurious, perfect for having what we in Wales call a “CWTCH” – which roughly translates to ‘a cuddle or hug, creating warmth and closeness with your loved ones’.
