“We are staying at Croft Farm in The Barn. So many little extras provided that make it a home from home. Even have spare dog toys. Lovely welcome. Place is spotless and great facilities. If you have little ones it is lovely. I have grown up sons x3 and we love the pool, sauna, gym and just had a family match at ping pong. Air hockey and table football of which I won of course lol.
We are going canoeing tomorrow and can even take the dog. This is a lovely place and I highly recommend it”

The Barn was one of the first farm buildings which we converted here, and used to house the dairy herd in the winter back in the days when this was a working farm. Now it’s a cosy cottage, full of rustic character with the rough plaster walls, original beams, and winding staircase to the loft bedroom beneath the sloping ceiling of the eaves.

The log-burning stove on its slate hearth is the heart of the cottage, surrounded by comfy sofas and armchairs to relax in by the fire. The kitchen is modern and well equipped with everything you need to whip up a tasty meal, or enjoy some baking with the kids, and the oak dining table just off the kitchen seats 8, so it’s perfect for enjoying long, lazy family meals.

The Barn sleeps 7 people, plus one infant in a cot. There is a family bedroom downstairs with a double and a single bed, plus another double bedroom downstairs with ensuite shower room. There is also a family bathroom downstairs. On the first floor is a twin bedroom in the loft with low sloping ceilings – always popular with children as it feels like a ‘den’!

The configuration of this cottage, with its 2 double bedrooms, makes it a popular choice with extended families.

In addition to everything The Barn has to offer you for a memorable holiday, you can also enjoy full use of our all our family-friendly onsite facilities, including:
– The luxury Leisure Complex with the heated indoor swimming pool with poolside sun loungers and sheltered outdoor sun terrace, sauna and gym, plus the toddler soft play area and pool table.
– The Big Play Barn, our large indoor play area, with air hockey, table tennis, built-in Wendy house, play shop and garage, toddler ride-on vehicles, sand pit and table football
– Pets’ Corner with goats, rabbits, and guinea pigs who love to be fed and petted
– The outdoor adventure playground with toddler slide and swing seats, wooden adventure park climbing frames, full size footie goals and farm walks
– Daily feeding of the farm animals, including pigs, goats, and donkeys, plus collecting eggs from the chickens (perfect for a late breakfast).

There is plenty to see and enjoy locally too, including the world-renowned Pembrokeshire Coast National Park, castles, nature reserves, independent shops, arts and crafts, artisan food markets and eateries, and lots more.

If walking is your thing, the coastal path is easy to get to just a couple of miles from us, with stunning views across Cardigan Bay and the chance of seeing many different sea-birds, seals, and perhaps even dolphins and porpoises if you’re lucky.

We are located just a few minutes’ drive from the long sandy beach at Poppit Sands which is always popular with guests with lots of space for picnics, walking, kite-flying, games of Frisbee, sand-castle building and rock pool exploring!
