Bedrooms and bathrooms at a glance:  Double bedroom and bunk bedroom (adult sized, single mattresses) with a travel cot too for a little one.  There’s one bathroom with over-bath shower.

One of our most popular farm cottages, The Cartwheel used to be the repair workshop and storage for horse-drawn carts – there’s still a large picture window indicating where the entrance once was. Walk out through the front door of this stunning renovation and step into the timeless garden with large lawn at the front of the cottage.  Why not enjoy breakfast outside on the patio in the early sunshine or a glass of something bubbly at the end of an adventure-packed day.  This is one of our family-sized farm cottages, sleeping a family of 4 comfortably and there’s even a travel cot (and more) by arrangement for a little one…as well as space for the dog, too!

The Cartwheel front door opens into the clean, traditional country kitchen which is fully equipped with all the mod cons you’ll need for whipping up a family feast after an appetite-acquiring day in the sea air. The dining table in the kitchen seats 6 – you’ve got room to have new friends you’ve made at our other farm cottages to have tea with you!  Just along the corridor from this beautiful communal space, you’ll be led to the rest of this gorgeous retreat; the comfort and cosiness of the log burner in the living room is a welcome sight to cosy up to on a cooler night.

The Cartwheel is beneath The Hayloft, in fact families often book the two together.  Holidaymakers in these two cottages share the beautiful garden hot tub, they are given exclusive-use days for their safety.  Pembrokeshire is a certified Dark Sky Area, relax under the Dark Sky stars in your bubbling hot tub and let the water soothe you.

As with all of our farm cottages, you can choose to take advantage of our many facilities, including the indoor swimming pool, gym and play areas, and take the kids to feed the animals…well, this is a farm, after all!  Or you can choose to just relax with your family in the cosy splendour of our farm cottages – why hurry on your holiday?
